About Us

Who We Are

We are a group of young men and women on a mission to bring a revolution called ‘GauKranti’ in this world. We have taken a vow in the name of our beloved Gau Mata that we devote every single breath to her seva and not rest till her pride as 'the mother' of humanity is restored.

If we have to describe our mission in one statement it would be:

                                 "Let’s Bring Her Back"

Let’s bring Gau Mata back to our heart and our lives. The place Gau Mata held in our lives was more than that of a family member. She was regarded as a mother nurturing and nourishing her sons and daughters with milk, protecting them from diseases with her Gau mutra (Cow urine) and making land fertile to grow grains with her Gobara (cow dung). We have almost lost her and with that our deep values in these years after independence. Our beloved mother is now forgotten and forced out of the house, left to feed at garbage bins. Time has come to bring her back and to display respect for her has a nation by declaring her as ‘Rashtra Mata’ which she always has been.

The Inspiration

We were living our lives peacefully in our families busy with day today family chores. But, there is a meaning to every ones life and we thought, that was missing in ours. Then, the destiny took us to a saint from Himalaya, pujya shri Gopal Maniji Maharaj speaking with a thunderous voice about greatness of Gau Mata.

The place Gau Mata held in our lives was more than that of a family member. She was regarded as a mother nurturing and nourishing her sons and daughters with milk, protecting them from diseases with her Gau mutra and making land fertile to grow grains with her Gobara. Her Oxen ploughing the fields and being an integral part of day to day chores of life like transportation and irrigation. The first roti in every househod was meant for her called 'GauGrass'. No ceremony was considered complete without her, from naming ceremony to marrige ceremony or last rites. She was always referred to as GauDhan.

We have almost lost her and with that our deep values in these years after independence. The struggle for which in fact began with her, when one of her true son refused putting in his mouth the cartridges laced with her flesh. Our beloved mother is now forgotten and forced out of the house, left to feed herself at garbage bins. She is being slaughtered mercilessly to enable our great country become largest beef exporter in the world (pun intended).

The words of great saint pujya shri Gopal Maniji Maharaj moved us. He challenged youth of this country to rise and bring her back to her true place which is our hearts. His Dhenu Manas Grantha and Gau Katha deeply imbibed the love for Gau Mata in our hearts and we started Gauseva visiting Gaushala.

Doing Gau Seva...

gauseva

By doing Gau Seva, we could feel that greatness of Gau Mata is actually greatness of her virtues. Her Milk is nectar, her Gomutra is Sanjivani and her Gobara is blessing. The love and compassion that flows in her eyes.. The positivity that she fills you with, when you put your head on her back.. The peace that you feel when she is in peace and happiness.

We could understand why Rig-Veda called her Aghanya (never to be killed) and Yajurveda called her Incomparable to anything in this universe (Gostu matra na vidhyate). We could understand why supreme lord had to take birth as Rama and Krishna to take up her cause on this earth. We could understand why cow slaughter was banned even during Muslim rulers and the first slaughterhouse in this country built only in 1760 by Britishers. We could understand why Mahatma Gandhi wanted first action of free Indian government to be total ban on cow slaughter.

And finally, we could understand the mission of the saint whose voice gave us the meaning of our lives that Gau Mata should indeed be Rashtra Mata. We began thinking and researching on the ways we could contribute to this great cause of bringing back the glory of our beloved Gau Mata.

  • We all know that human can live with comfort at a temperature between 20-25°C, but here in India specially in North we have summer for more than 8 months and winter in remaining 4 months. But unfortunately all our present building material like steel, cement, stone dust and pucca bricks are good conductor of heat, resulting our building absorb heat in summer days and release it at night which is our sleeping time and vice-versa in winter. Our building becomes heated chamber in summers and chilled cave in winters.
